Exploring Fashion - Fashion Camp for Spring Break 2012

Students will spend the week delving into the exciting world of Fashion and design. In this field trip based camp, students will visit the workshops of local fashion designers in San Francisco and the East Bay, go shopping for design inspiration and visit a museum curated fashion exhibit. We will investigate color theory,make inspiration boards and watch fashion films. Join us for an insider view to the fashion industry.
Ages 9 & up $500 / week
$50 discount given for registration received before January 30th.
Space is limited to 10 participants and we will be based in both Alameda and San Francisco. Driving arrangements to be advised.

Fashion Sewing Summer Camp Alameda 2012 - Ages 8 and up

Learn to sew, draw, and express yourself through fashion! Join us for a week or two of fashion fun. Each child will complete a garment and model it on the runway at the end of the week. We explore different aspects of the design process throughout the week.

The Sewing Salon - A Fashion Camp for Kids Held at The Sewing Workshop in San Francisco - Ages 8 & up

Learn to sew, draw, and express yourself through fashion! Jennifer and Laurie Ann have worked together in the fashion world for many years - Jennifer as a pattern maker for Gap and Banana Republic and Laurie Ann as a professional model working for Gap, Banana Republic, Calvin Klein and Ralph Lauren. Together, they will make this a week your young designer will never forget!

Parent and Child Sewing Workshop

You and your child will sew together. It's a special experience where child and parent learn from each other. Bring a project to work on together or one for each of you. Sewing together can be a great bonding experience! Come sew with us. All levels welcome!
$75 one day/ $140 for both days for parent and child
